GSS’ capabilities range from providing mass volume recruitment solutions, based around sourcing multiple nationalities ready for a set project start date OR a short notice rapid reaction solution. When provided advance notice during the recruitment phase, GSS will pre-screen & vet candidates at increased ratios with a view to creating a candidate pool of already cleared and immediately available staff. This methodology provides the client the flexibility to call upon surge labour at short notice. GSS successfully deployed this programme of recruitment when we were requested by our client in support of the British Government (Department for International Development DFID) to provide expat labour inside of 10 days’ notice to their Ebola crises management centre in Freetown, Sierra Leone.

Each worker supplied by GSS will have undergone strict onboarding and hiring processes to ensure the labour we supply meets all requirements laid down by our clients. We ensure every candidate is interviewed face to face by a member of our UK recruitment team who guarantee English language proficiency, reference checks into work history are scrutinised and security back ground vetting is conducted to meet the most critical of working environments.
